  • What is a Delegation?

    • A delegation allows individuals or groups to present to Council or a Committee on matters concerning the Town. Use this form to request to appear before Council or a Committee.

  • Steps to Participate:

    1. Complete the Request Form: Fill out the required fields below.
    2. Submission Deadline: Submit your form and presentation materials by 4 PM, ten days before the meeting date.
    3. Confirmation: After submitting the form, the Clerk’s Department will contact you to confirm your scheduled appearance and provide additional instructions.
