Regulated and goverened under Municipal By-Law 123 of 2016; 'Mobile Canteen' means a mobile vehicle from which food is sold or prepared for sale and for consumption to the public.

Please include the following:

• Proof of liability insurance coverage in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), to protect the Town as owner of the area.
• A photo of the mobile canteen and/or refreshment stand to be used.
• A photo of the serial number of the mobile canteen and/or refreshment stand.
• A map identifying the location(s) for the mobile canteen(s) and or refreshment stand(s).

I do hereby indemnify the Corporation of the Town of Goderich, their elected officials, appointees, employees, servants, agents, successors and assigns and hold them harmless of and from any liability that may result from the operation of my mobile canteen on municipal property.
